I am sending out my deepest admiration and gratitude for the exceptional courage, artistry, and activism of the great and sadly late Harry Belafonte.
When Harry Belafonte sang at an international peace concert in Montepulciano, Italy, I had the profound honor of meeting him and singing with him. Harry’s unexpected and gracious words of encouragement and praise meant and mean the world to me.
Harry Belafonte was a gift and an inspiration to us all!
